Terms & Conditions

  1. General

    • All participants take part in training at their and their dogs own risk.

    • Owners are to be responsible for their own dogs during lesson.

    • Children taking part in training are to be supervised by a responsible adult from the same household that the child and dog live in.

    • During the consultation participants are to follow the directions of the instructor. This is to keep all human and canine participants as safe as possible. 

    • In the case of an emergency participants are to follow the directions of the instructor.

    • If you or your dog is unwell, you will contact Spring 2 Action as soon as practicable.

    • Owners will disclose, via the registration form, all information that could affect the ability of the dog to take part in lessons so that lessons can be planned and managed appropriately.

    • All training equipment brought to lesson is to be in good condition and appropriate to the specific dog you are training.

    • Aversive training equipment or methods will not be used by Spring 2 Action, or participants in sessions

  2. Client Cancellation/Reschedule

    • Rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

    • Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour notice period will occur a fee as outline below:

      • 24-48 hours notice – refund fee of 50% of appointment cost.

      • 0-24 hours notice – refund fee of 25% of appointment cost.

    • Appointment cancellations due to “change of mind” will incur a $50 administration fee.

    • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment for a full refund.

    • For the avoidance of doubt, a cancellation is defined as any appointment which cannot be upheld at the time, date and / or location of the original booking. This includes if you do not show up to or not at home in the case of a home visit.

  3. Cancellations by Spring 2 Action

    • Cancellation of training appointments can happen from time to time due to inclement weather, high temperatures, facilitators being ill or facilities unavailable for any reason.  Spring 2 Action will make every effort to advise you via text, email and or phone call at least 1 hour prior to the start of appointment.  Please be certain to provide us with the correct primary mobile in which to contact you and check your mobile and email prior to departing for training.

    • Any private consultations where Spring 2 Action attend however for reasons which are deemed to be of concern for the safety to ourselves or the safety and well-being of your dog, will be ceased immediately, postponed or cancelled, and will be subject to a $75 fee (if already paid, a refund will be less $75).

  4. Payment

    • Upon making your appointment, an invoice will be issued to the email nominated on the booking, which will outline bank details as well as the due date for payment.

    • All payments must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

    • Once an appointment is paid for, you will receive confirmation of payment being received.

  5. Complaints

    • Every client has the right to discuss their situation with me if they are not happy with our service. This will only be done via phone, email or in person and not on Social Media.
